I had reflexology with Jode for the first time yesterday and I was impressed and I plan to return once a week for about 6 weeks to mainly treat my gut. I like that when she noticed or felt in my foot a part of my body that needed work or balancing she informed me. Then I was able to comment on this. Also it was lovely that the first consult included a foot bath and friendly relaxing conversations.
