Had sole out to quote a job. Made very clear that the quote needed to include wifi and matching colourbond capping. Assured me the quote would definitely include both. After a month of being mucked around regarding the quote and trying to confirm the above *essential items* were included, finally heard back today that none of it was included, and to add $500+.
