I just received my ladies gumboots and they exceeded my expectations. They look like everyday ankle boots and are exceptional quality. I live in a rural area so I can see myself wearing them all the time. They were sent via express post so I got them within a few days. I had a question about another product and Mick was prompt in responding back to me and very helpful. So happy!
AMAZING! I went in to buy a pair of ugg boots and the customer service was incredible. The staff really went above and beyond to make sure that the slippers were comfortable and I felt so welcomed. 100% I will be back to buy a pair for my husband and other family members! I cannot recommend Mick and his shop enough!
We were staying at the Ballarat Colonial Inn. This store is a 5 minute walk. We arrived a bit late they were about to close. The gentleman was fantastic we ask if it was to late to look he said no worries. We both bought pair of uggs Friendly service
Thought I would leave a review about your Ugg Boots, they are fantastic. My grandson loves them, I cant get out of bed unless I have them on, he check on my feet. They are warm and feel great on my feet. Thanks for your time at Ballarat market.
