Super attentive, great experience from Michlle & ti na!
Really disappointed considering how high the reviews are. I booked an appointment days before and ended up waiting 30 minutes. Another woman came in asking for a pedicure, they told her the wait would be ten minutes. She waited forty and ended up having to leave. The color is wrong, though it is my fault for not clarifying (I wanted purple and asked her for such even before picking out a shade). Paid $75 for a signature pedicure with gel- no paraffin wax and my service was cut short because they were understaffed and had 2 pedicures waiting. She slopped on lotion and sent me on my way.
For the most part, pretty clean. Not sure about their chemicals being correctly diluted & when swapping the heads on the nail attachment, was not cleaning them. Service was great
