I came into contact with Carrie in 2022 at a pamper day organised by the Ridgeway Breast Cancer Support Group when I had a taster of crystal therapy. I was kindly gifted a Reiki session for my birthday. It was amazing. Carrie is so kind and considerate. I felt extremely safe and it was a hugely relaxing experience. I felt lighter after I left. Carrie makes you feel very relaxed so you feel comfortable sharing what your elements are with her and she will carry out an assessment of the best way to treat you. Do not be surprised if the problem is actually not where you think it is in the body but exactly caused by a problem elsewhere. Highly recommended. Have been receiving Bowen treatment with Carrie which solved a long term injury I have had allowung me to continue with my exercise regime and has made a huge difference to me. Carrie is so knowledgeable and the treatment environment is very relaxed.
