I came into contact with Carrie in 2022 at a pamper day organised by the Ridgeway Breast Cancer Support Group when I had a taster of crystal therapy. I was kindly gifted a Reiki session for my birthday. It was amazing. Carrie is so kind and considerate. I felt extremely safe and it was a hugely relaxing experience. I felt lighter after I left. Carrie makes you feel very relaxed so you feel comfortable sharing what your elements are with her and she will carry out an assessment of the best way to treat you. Do not be surprised if the problem is actually not where you think it is in the body but exactly caused by a problem elsewhere. I went to Carrie 8 weeks ago, for Bowen for a torn hamstring, the doctor in A&E told me it would be 6-12 months full recovery time. I had 4 consecutive Bowen treatments followed by 2 further treatments two weeks apart. I noticed a difference in my leg after the first treatment and now eight weeks later my leg is back to normal with no pain at all.Thank you for getting back to normal so quickly and without any physiotherapy whatsoever.
