The treadmill is great! But maybe skip getting the mat to protect your carpet. It never came, emailed and called trying to get it... They were super nice when I reached out, but I still don't have what I purchased. Caution if you buy something

We were looking for some good quality Home Gym equipment. After doing some research and comparing prices we decided to go with Sole Fitness. The quality is outstanding and the price can't be beat. The bike we ordered came packed for transport. It was easy to unpack, there was a published pamphlet that was easy to follow with step by step instructions and pictures. I bought a Sole treadmill and it required two service calls to work properly, but even then it was not properly calibrated, which resulted in injury to my calves. I called Sole Fitness, admittedly very upset. The customer service representative responded to my anger by laughing. LAUGHING! There are many great treadmills out there – you don't need Sole.
