Sole Addiction is my favorite store; I have nothing but positive things to say about everything. Every aspect of this business is amazing. The products, well nothing, no other store comes close. The value for the dollar, the same as product quality, selection, and availability, nothing comes close. I have had a top-notch experience at Sole Addiction! The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable, and recommended a shoe that I absolutely love for long hours of standing at work. When the shoe unfortunately started to show signs of defect, they contacted the distributor on my behalf and had a replacement sent without any hassle. I highly suggest visiting this gem of a shoe store that is first class in customer service! Warning....it takes a lot of will power to leave with only one pair of shoes :) Thanks again!
Brutal customer service! I was in Phoenix and realized I needed new pair of sandals. Needless to say I had an endless choice to purchase there but I decided to do the right thing and “ Buy Canadian.” I had purchased at Sole Addiction previously and had been satisfied. As we were not returning to Canada until May, I had them sent to my friend. Upon our return, she brought them over to me but they were too big.
