Brutal customer service! I was in Phoenix and realized I needed new pair of sandals. Needless to say I had an endless choice to purchase there but I decided to do the right thing and “ Buy Canadian.” I had purchased at Sole Addiction previously and had been satisfied. As we were not returning to Canada until May, I had them sent to my friend. Upon our return, she brought them over to me but they were too big. I first found this store back in 2022. I have shopped both in person and online - both were WONDERFUL experiences. Consistent high quality shoes that always last for years. Highly recommend!
