So far, I have only done the boot camp trial class but I can already tell I’m hooked! Danielle and Todd (the owners) are clearly great people, and the experience was amazing 🤩 I have always shied away from gyms and group fitness activities but this environment was so welcoming!!! In the last 15 months, I have lost 89 lbs. We all know you must watch what you eat and exercise regularly to drop those extra pounds. I really like SoldierFit a lot and that speaks volumes as someone who loathes working out :-). The classes are fun and the instructors are really engaging. I float back and forth between 7 am and 4:30 or 5:30 pm classes. Shannon, Kyndra and Nedgie classes are full of energy and they don't let me take any shortcuts (unless I need the modified version, lol). Even the owner, Danielle checks-in with me and keeps me accountable. I highly recommend to anyone who is interested.
