Used to go to this place years ago and tried it again after a friend told me to come check it out again. A coat of black paint and better organization with their equipment but that's pretty much the only good thing to say. My first impression going back was that this place lost its appeal as a "hard core bootcamp" gym. The instructors are not what they used to be and they don't come off as real trainers. Been a member for almost a year now, the workouts are challenging and force you to step outside of your workout comfort zone. All the members cheer each other on, and push each other to be better each time. I have met some really cool people here, glad I gave Soldierfit a shot and stuck with it!

Taking this from 5 stars to 1 star. Full disclosure, I was a member and employee ("bootcamp instructor") and was told to leave after multiple conversations with the new owners. There are far better places like Maxx Fitness with Les Mills classes to train and you get a more effective workout for the hour. At SF, every bootcamp is the same 10 minute ritual warm up, 10 minutes of standing around listening to the workout instructions and about 35 minutes of a random workout that you don't know beforehand.
