I called asking for some information and was placed "on hold" for almost 10 minutes while she "pulled up a phone number" for me. I could hear her and the other coworker talking in the background and no one would answer me. I had to hang up and look everything up myself. Waste of time..

Everyone here is very nice and helpful so far. They always seem to be in a good mood. The shorter black lady who is mostly at the front desk is AMAZING. She is so kind and inviting. Makes you feel like family
