I really need help... They never answer the phone I already called 3 times in different business hours... I don't know why they tell us to seek for help if they never answer.
I called asking for some information and was placed "on hold" for almost 10 minutes while she "pulled up a phone number" for me. I could hear her and the other coworker talking in the background and no one would answer me. I had to hang up and look everything up myself. Waste of time..
