Azin was amazing to work with. She was great in explaining the process, she was patient and very helpful and knowledgeable. The process had a few hiccups (on my end) but she was able to help me get through it. Well let me put it this way - if Azin is your agent to sell a property, she'll go up the mountain or down into the sea to help you sell it. Last year due to the undertain market condition, many sellers canceled their offers. Azin was there to take care of the details and keep pushing. At the end, we got a good one and pushed it through the finishing line. I like working with her. She's a person you can count on, and that's the most important quality of a real estate broker. Azin was awesome to work with - so personable and attentive to my needs and preferences when looking for a rental. During apartment tours she took notes on each building/unit for us to review at the end of the day and asked questions I didn't even think to. Can't recommend her enough! We highly recommend Azin Amiran who was our listing agent for an investment property we owned in Lincoln Park, Chicago. She organized the painting and touch ups needed for the condo, had the photographs taken, and then came up with a strategy to get the best price. We ended up listing the condo privately to test the market and we got an above list price offer which we accepted. It all happened very quickly and efficiently. Azin was patient, good-natured, and kind throughout the process.
Our family has had the pleasure of working with Azin twice now, and we honestly couldn’t imagine going through the home-buying process without her.
