We are out of town buyers trying to move to area. Shanti is not transparent, no floor plans, secret about pricing, won't give info without visiting. We can't visit every week right now. This is not the way to encourage buyers and sell property. The other agents in the area do it better for buyers, and therefore better results for sellers.
