All aspects of solar unit and installation were explained and questions answered in language I could understand clearly. Installation went smoothly, the crew was top notch. Great Company!
We had a great experience with Solar Worxs expanding our existing solar system and adding a whole house backup battery. The planning and installation staff were all experienced and professional. The first day of the installation six company trucks showed up and worked diligently to complete the project. It was a challenging installation considering they had to an existing solar system in a 80 year old house and old wiring. It was also great to get a $7,500 battery rebate from PG&E, plus a tax rebate!
We used SolarWork for a 25 panel project up at Pine Mountain Lake and they were great. Their they had the best pricing of the 3 contractors I had bid. Their communication was great and they finished the project ahead of schedule. I would highly recommend them!
The people at SolarWorx are so nice, the installation was efficient and super high quality, but I’ve been using their solar for a year now, for an astronomical cost, and my PG&E bill is literally the same. I’m not only paying the same for PG&E as I was before solar, but now I have a massive solar charge on top of it. The batteries suddenly decide to dump all my stored power to the grid and then refill from the grid. I’ve turned that setting off multiple times but they keep doing it. Solarworx came out to our house and they were extremely professional and I was very impressed with the technology they used to ensure panels on our house would be placed in the correct areas to maximize exposure.
