My original review was 5 stars. I am updating it to 1 star. I have had 4-5 failed inveter plugs. They melt, they "unplug" in the wind, its been ridiculous. As a result, I am not 100% offset like I am supposed to be. I will never get solar again this has been a nightmare. Will go to BBB next if this isn't reaolved.
In the last quarter of 2025 we had an excellent experience from start to finish with our solar panel and battery backup installation. KC was outstanding—knowledgeable, patient, and never pushy. He took the time to clearly explain our options, answer all of our questions, and design a system that truly fit our home and energy needs.
