I wouldn't recommend Solar Wise based on my ongoing nightmare with them. It’s been one issue after another. First, they told us we only needed 2 battery modules, but that didn't work and we were later told we needed 5. When they came back to add the extra modules, the inverter died—and the electricians even said the initial setup probably ruined it. Now, the battery sits idle at 100% every night instead of discharging, forcing us to pay peak grid rates. We're actually worse off than before we got solar battery! To top it all... read more

I’ve given this rating because the sparky did his best, although not great. The company though, 2/5. Poor quality inverter installed, broke in about 4 months. Confusing communication about repair. Another better quality inverter installed, and have received no communication after losing money for almost 2 weeks. Not very happy with the company
Had my KSV300 solar roof ventilator installed today and the entire customer experience was excellent. Prompt and thorough service from sales & admin and a price I was very happy with. An installation date was offered, then when a space popped up in their calendar, I was offered a sooner date to install the unit - I'm thrilled to start cooling my house 2 weeks earlier, just as the end of winter seems upon us! Looking forward to noticing the difference as we sink into summer humidity soon.
