Chris was great to deal with when looking at all the various options, explaining the variables and working out which solution would suit best for us. Matt and his team were very professional, obliging and friendly.
I paid up front for a service, when the technician arrived my pump had stopped working, he was unable to service the solar heating cause of this but they still charged me for the service. The technician was here for less the 10 minutes. I spoke to Solarwise to get my money back and they sent me an email giving me a quote for a new pump and telling me if I do the job myself I will have to pay for another service call out fee.
I used Solarwise for our 1st Solar install & I had no hesitation in using them again for our updated system. I want to compliment Matt & his team on the wonderful job they did installing our new Solar System. Great communication, easy to deal with & very professional. Thanks
