I’m very satisfied with the service Solar Wise provided. Their service with product knowledge & Communication was outstanding. The installation day of our battery was seamless and tidy.
Really happy with the solar upgrade we got recently. Scott was great to deal with, he took the time to explain all our options clearly and without the jargon, so I actually understood what we were paying for. The install team were friendly, professional, and showed up exactly when they said they would. No messing around, they just did a solid job with zero issues. Definitely recommend them.
We had to install solar hot water on a very limited time frame and Solarwise was the only company that was prepared to help us out, they were very competitive with their price too which was a big bonus. The whole process was painless and we didn't have to do a thing except to thank the boys on their way out after installing not one but two systems on two roofs. Had hot water that night, a totally professional group of people from the front desk to the guys up the ladder, well worth checking them out.
Went with Solarwise for panels and a battery. Head office and the electrical team were excellent to deal with. Strong customer service, and very happy with the end result.
Great guys, great job. My system has been a challenge being commercial system- 2 X3 phase units and a single phase unit. The communication between units has been difficult..Zac and his team have performed well. I have left a review in the past. They returned, we looked at options and they spent there own money on making my system successfull.. 15ke hybrid inverter, running 3 systems. Cheers to Zac and his team. Recommended 1000 percent. Happy to show photos, respond to questions . It has been a complex fitout. Cheers
