I paid up front for a service, when the technician arrived my pump had stopped working, he was unable to service the solar heating cause of this but they still charged me for the service. The technician was here for less the 10 minutes. I spoke to Solarwise to get my money back and they sent me an email giving me a quote for a new pump and telling me if I do the job myself I will have to pay for another service call out fee.
I used Solarwise for our 1st Solar install & I had no hesitation in using them again for our updated system. I want to compliment Matt & his team on the wonderful job they did installing our new Solar System. Great communication, easy to deal with & very professional. Thanks

My last installation was for was for solar hot water in which the process from start to finish was conducted with ease & professionalism with quality products with installers who know what they are doing & Scott who can explain anything about the process to the product in absolute understandable detail. I have also previously purchased over the years solar panels & inverter, Solar pool heating. & pool cover.
