We live on the coast in Eastern Victoria. We purchased our home in 2015 and prior to our purchase the vendors installed 3 solar venti panels from this company. Plans were submitted and the location of the panels was in accordance with the sun and position of our home. The panels were purchased at a considerable cost as their was some minor damp issues within the home. Terrible company to deal with! Product didn’t work and caused a leak in the ceiling. They charged me $175 just to come have a look at it. Said they would fix the issues in 2 weeks. After 2 weeks I emailed, called and left multiple messages to get a call back which never happened. After months of asking when the job would be done they finally gave me a date, but then never showed up! In the end I couldn’t wait for the leak to be fixed any longer so canceled the job. Massive waste of time and money!! 1 star is generous!
Love this product! It can be used for so so much. Heating, Dehumidification, Drying, Healthy Air, Ventilation, Saving on Electricity!
