They charged my insurance $285 for a nebulizer. Once the claim was denied they told me the cash price was $65. I found the exact same nebulizer online for $35. Hiking prices 2-8x retail is an insane scam. Just purchase your nebulizer online.

The nebulizer that I purchased for my child was $285 without insurance ($81 with my insurance). But when I go online, the exact same one is sold for around $35-45. I called the billing department a few times, and they said they charge $65 to others who decide not to use health insurance!!

Charging $225 for a children’s nebulizer that retails for $40 just because they can. Blindsided by the bill. Gross practice, shame on all of you.

Disgusting collections practices. I am a single father of 3 children, living paycheck to paycheck. I have repeatedly received harassing phoner calls from an agent named Melvin Melendez. I cannot pay this bill and he laughs at me and degrades me. I asked him more times than I can count not to call me anymore and he won't stop. I have reported him to his supervisor - Thomas Williams. I had tried reaching them numerous times via email and left a handful of voicemails. I received an email telling me once it was paid in full I could get a replacement. It was paid in full. I just wanted to get some guidance on why it wasn’t working. No response to date. Fortunately the pediatrician had a replacement. Terrible customer service. If you are able, use a different provider.
