I had tried reaching them numerous times via email and left a handful of voicemails. I received an email telling me once it was paid in full I could get a replacement. It was paid in full. I just wanted to get some guidance on why it wasn’t working. No response to date. Fortunately the pediatrician had a replacement. Terrible customer service. If you are able, use a different provider.

This folks from Florida are charging for $285(insurance lowered it for me to $98) for $40 nebulizer I can buy over the counter here in Texas. I'd say some kind of a scam company
Disgusting collections practices. I am a single father of 3 children, living paycheck to paycheck. I have repeatedly received harassing phoner calls from an agent named Melvin Melendez. I cannot pay this bill and he laughs at me and degrades me. I asked him more times than I can count not to call me anymore and he won't stop. I have reported him to his supervisor - Thomas Williams.
