The nebulizer that I purchased for my child was $285 without insurance ($81 with my insurance). But when I go online, the exact same one is sold for around $35-45. I called the billing department a few times, and they said they charge $65 to others who decide not to use health insurance!!
I had tried reaching them numerous times via email and left a handful of voicemails. I received an email telling me once it was paid in full I could get a replacement. It was paid in full. I just wanted to get some guidance on why it wasn’t working. No response to date. Fortunately the pediatrician had a replacement. Terrible customer service. If you are able, use a different provider.
I have tried over and over to pay you OL and it does not work. Gosh I hate snell mail. I finally went in your site and could pay. I have paid you several times. I thought you were a Solar company at first and to shed you as junk mail. Oops ! Sorry my , mistake.!
Charging $225 for a children’s nebulizer that retails for $40 just because they can. Blindsided by the bill. Gross practice, shame on all of you.
This folks from Florida are charging for $285(insurance lowered it for me to $98) for $40 nebulizer I can buy over the counter here in Texas. I'd say some kind of a scam company
