I had tried reaching them numerous times via email and left a handful of voicemails. I received an email telling me once it was paid in full I could get a replacement. It was paid in full. I just wanted to get some guidance on why it wasn’t working. No response to date. Fortunately the pediatrician had a replacement. Terrible customer service. If you are able, use a different provider.
Disgusting collections practices. I am a single father of 3 children, living paycheck to paycheck. I have repeatedly received harassing phoner calls from an agent named Melvin Melendez. I cannot pay this bill and he laughs at me and degrades me. I asked him more times than I can count not to call me anymore and he won't stop. I have reported him to his supervisor - Thomas Williams. Steer clear of this place. They are charging $225 for a pediatric nebulizer when you can get the same thing at a variety of places on Google for $36. They're playing a sick insurance game. When addressing this with the customer service rep at Solarus, he responded that it was my issue not his and he'd be sending me to collections. BUYER BEWARE.
If I could give negative stars I would. 100’s of calls all for a balance of equipment my drs office gave me and said I wouldn’t owe anything for my child. Rude when you answer, tell you you owe I tell them I will wait for documentation. A guy just called me, i’m at work he tells me who it is, I tell him i’m aware and waiting for a bill to be mailed not paying over the phone and hang up. I would certainly not recommend as the person is so rude . They deceive completely while you would upset seeing your bill post insurance claim as they charge twice or thrice the market price . I would bet to purchase from CVS , Walgreens based on de prescriptions with waiting for 2-3 days rather than purchasing with them .
