I have been a client of Solartime USA LLC since my initial installation in June of 2017. They have since removed my solar panels on August of 2021 and again in February 2026 due to damage to my roof shingles both times. The removal and reinstallation went very smoothly both times. They are truly a great family business that delivers fantastic customer service! Not a single solar panel has ever been damaged by hail!
I had so many problems getting someone to fix my panels with a simple short. My only regret is not calling Sunaura first. They were quick and effective and found a bunch of problems with my installation we can fix the next time the panels come off.
Thank you Martyna for completing my grid tied whole home solar electrification project. The 69 plus roof and pergola ground mounted premium panels, three Franklin whole home A2 batteries, and the three SMA inverters are a superb DC coupled solar system.
