This is the second time I have had Solartime USA provide a solar system for our home in Plano, TX. The first was for our solar panels and inverters, which we purchased in April 2019. Jason, the sales person was so easy to talk with and was never pushy. He was quite patient with me and walked me through where some of my project assumptions were wrong. Whoopsie! I’ve had my solar system installed 8 years ago by Solartime , and they’ve been fantastic ever since. Anytime I have a question or need service, they’re quick to respond, professional, and always helpful. It’s hard to find a company that still provides this level of customer support years after installation.
