Hands down very reliable solar company around. Kathryn kept everything on track from start to finish - always responsive, always on top of it. Greg and his crew showed up on time, worked clean, and clearly knew what they were doing. Mike handled the system commissioning and made sure everything was running perfectly before they left. You could tell this whole team actually cares about the job they do. Couldn't be happier!
I cannot tell you what an Amazing team Solartime has! Shoutout to Kathryn, MY Project Manager! Our house had a major electric issue in the middle of our install and they helped us turn it into a complete house rewire with so much ease! If you are on the fence about solar, do it! My electric bill is the last of my worries! We look forward to adding more panels and another power wall in the future. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with this project!
I had a great experience with Solartime USA. After my SolarEdge system stopped producing, I contacted them based on a recommendation, and they responded quickly. Michael came out, thoroughly diagnosed the issue, and identified a failed optimizer as the root cause. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and easy to work with. Like many owners of solar panels, the company that originally installed the panels and were responsible for servicing our panels went bankrupt. We were not aware of the Benefit of regular cleaning and servicing of the panels.A neighbor of ours recommended Solartime due to their excellent customer service and response. I highly recommend working with Solartime. We’ve had some pretty intense hail and heavy rain, and my solar panels have held up perfectly without any issues. The system has performed exactly as expected, and the peace of mind alone has been worth it. Definitely worth every penny.
