We had solar tech come out for an installation. They never tighten the screw in the junction box that controls adding power to the home and back to the grid. Every day this solar box shorted out. We emailed and called for over 2 months to get someone out to troubleshoot. I had to fight with the tech to get them to come out and fix it. I was told there is no way it is a system issue. 1 because I have to leave a review. They are unprofessional, misguiding customers JUST to get business, poor work quality and ethics. Over a year to install Tesla Powerwall without any updates, stating their installers are construction workers and are not skilled to do clean work and so customers have to put up (see pictures). Designing critical loads w/o customer involvement as customers find half backed up critical load at power-outages.
