Their customer service is excellent every time! The staff are always smiling and super friendly. The car wash is wonderful too.

When Solar Shine opened in Monroe, I immediately got a monthly membership. At that time, I felt like I received a great wash since I had two people giving me a great pre scrub on my SUV. They now have one person halfway cleaning with the prewash; therefore, a “wash and go” is definitely out if the question. I have repeatedly asked if they will bring back the great prewash, but that doesn’t seem to be happening. I’m looking to cancelling our membership and taking a different route.
