Very thorough, requires a lot of customer patience for communications. Timeline: Initial reach out 7/10/26 Tree assessed 7/27/26 Report received 9/4/26 Quote requested 9/8/26 Review date 9/17/26 Gave assessment for free for Veterans, including advanced resistance drilling technology, thank you! Report was well done and very informative. Did not hear response back regarding a quote with another inquiry sent 9/8/26 - I decided to move on with another tree service due to timing/communication.

Something was killing my very large, irreplaceable Norway spruces. Bobby came out and was able to locate the culprit in a large flow of bleeding sap. He took it back to examine under a microscope and identified it. Then he was able to tailor a specific treatment for this particular bug. I was super impressed and highly recommend him!

Bobby stopped immediately as my neighbors and I were assessing how to bring down a toppled tree from the windstorm. He insisted we stop and he would be back after helping another customer to bring the tree down safely. He was hugely concerned with our safety first and had that tree down on the ground quickly with lots of expertise. He was wonderful and I highly recommend him.

Bobby and his crew did a fantastic job. The cost was incredibly reasonable. We had multiple trees, brush and large rocks removed. Bobby had our work done in 1.5 days. While incredibly efficient and reasonable, it was the professional work done that sold us. You can’t go wrong hiring Bobby for any type of job!
