David and Rolland at SolarPowerMyRV did an awesome job on my older Grand Design Solitude 369RL. Full Victron setup, MultiPlus 3000 50 amp, 2,000 watts of solar, lithium batteries and DC to DC charging. They even added a Furrion chill cube AC to replace my older Colman-Mach15k. Couldn’t be more happy! We can stay off grid a lot longer now and the whole system just works like it should. Clean install, good guys, and they know their stuff. Would definitely recommend them.
CRITICAL SAFETY WARNING; Dangerous, Fire Hazard Workmanship. Do not trust Solarpowermyrv in Longmont. I recently opened my coach's electrical bay to do a Lithium conversion myself and uncovered horrifying, negligent shortcuts from their team. First, they ran raw 10 gauge wire through a hole in the sharp metal outside skin of my RV with no protective rubber grommet. Then they left wires to rub against raw sheet metal, and nothing was properly fused at the positive battery post. This is a massive short-circuit and fire hazard.... read more
In the middle of an Rv trip with a lot of boondocking it became clear that our factory installed AGM batteries on our Winnebago View could not make it through the night running just our refrigerator. We were passing through the Denver area on our way to our next boondocking stop in RMNP, and asked SolarPowerMyRV if it was a crazy idea to have a lithium installed the very next day. If your thinking of Solar for your rv.. toy hauler, trailer, camper, class A or C or even an airstream! They do it all and do it right the first time. Roland in action after lunch and a cold one. 1600 watts of solar with all the bells and whistles. Safe system because it was done professionally by a great team of folks and I am now unplugged!
