Very bad experience! Turns out animals can eat through the panels, and create huge leaks. Solaron never told us, even after a major repair. I called them and they told me it’s not their problem! Terrible customer service!!!
Soloaron just installed 8 panels for our pool. Very friendly and professional. Installation was quick and the directionsextremely professional. Great job!!
I recently purchased a house that has Solaron Solar Panels, my seller paid off the system but they lost the monitoring device. It‘s been almost six months and series of communications but till date I could not manage to get the device. The company is only interested about selling new units and have no time to serve the existing users!!! Every year when it is time to turn on and also when it is time to turn off our pool solar, I end up getting very loud gurgling noises coming from the pipes and from the solar part of the pool equipment for months. It makes it difficult for my wife and I to sleep because it is right next to our bedroom. I tell them this and they seem to think I'm lying, but it has seriously impacted our daily lives and it's something I dread having to attempt to ignore when it comes time to going to sleep. Solaron is the BEST company for service, price, and responsive communication. We have lobed our extended pool season and Jose and Tyler always go above and beyond by resetting my pool pump time twice a year. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
