I must say Solarmatic are the most perthitic company I have ever delt with .Been chasing Solarmatic up for 8 days trying to get a replacement solar panel under warranty from 7 MONTHS ago. The controller under the panel has shorted out. i have been trying to get the Manager to return my calls for 8DAYS with no result
I'm waiting more 2 months to come fix solar no one come I'm very unhappy upset
I rang 3 times in addition to placing an on-line enquiry twice in relation to a new solar installation with battery. No response at all, obviously busy but what happened to some common courtesy in at least acknowledging my enquiry. Very unprofessional.
