I have recently had the WORST experience with Solaris Technology. After putting in a call for an electrician to come to my house for a minor cut wire repair first thing in the morning, I was told that the electrician would be to my house before noon. Rearranging my entire work schedule, I waited and waited, finally calling back early afternoon because nobody had shown up.
