Came here recently to look at a condo I was looking to buy and there was trash piled up by what looked like the community dumpster. The smell was so bad I had to roll my windows. There was also trash on the ground in the parking lot and piled around the trash can by the community mailboxes. While there I did see someone who looked like possibly a maintenance man in a golf cart just drive by all the trash and ignore it. I immediately turned around and decided against even considering this complex
