We started with them because it was covered under our insurance. We were never informed about how much our sessions would cost or how many were covered. Since it was our first time in OT, we trusted their professionalism. However, after a month of irregular charges, we were overcharged and then we contacted them about it. My son attended last year twice a week until insurance decided he did not need to continue therapy based on his reevaluation scores... I’ll be honest at first I couldn’t really tell if a difference was being made and I know therapy takes a while to see the difference but the therapists and office staff were always very kind, professional and most of all patient. I volunteered here for about a month and had an amazing experience! Everyone here was very welcoming and taught me so much! I enjoyed and appreciated the therapists there and how well they worked! I hope to be back to work with the Solaris Team sometime again!

My son is a different kid after starting Occupational Therapy and Speech Therapy at Solaris. We tried many places before but he was still struggling to communicate. At Solaris he really connected with Ms. Tracy when doing his OT sessions and Ms. Courtney when doing Speech. They are fantastic and he is always so excited to see them.
