I don't think the drivers has the right to be parking in handicap parking spots at nursing homes keeping family from parking in a handicap spot just because they're a medical company they should not be allowed to be parked in handicap parking spots and taking up the spots. I'm handicappe and walk with a walker, I wasn't able to park in a handicap parking spot cause one of the Solaris worker was parked in the handicap spot
The drivers don’t care, white blonde woman had headphones in and looking at her phone the entire time I was driving next to her. Seems like my experience is the second of its kind being reported, just makes me wonder if their drivers all do this sort of thing.
My facility switched to Solaris from another mobile lab provider about a month ago and the difference is NIGHT AND DAY. From the very beginning, everyone has been eager to help make the change as smooth as possible. They respond to e-mails and answer phones quickly. The supplies they provide are higher quality. The communication between the phlebotomists and my nurses has been wonderful.
