I took my Shinola and Guess watch into Solari for repair and refinish. They did an incredible job with stitching and band match. I understand the importance of providing a thorough and optimal service, they definitely met that. Lastly, Maesyn was outstanding in her communication with me and walked me through the process. the chain of my favorite necklace broke and I wanted to get it repaired. Originally I went to a different place and was quoted $45 and told it would take 4 days to complete, which seemed very unreasonable to me. I saw all the positive ratings for this place and figured i’d inquire & see what they were thinking for the repair. they qouted me much less and said they can fix it day off, so i made an appointment.
