The initial installation went reasonably smoothly, although a return visit was needed to adjust some of the panels to match the design. A subsequent request for support with the installation was disappointing.
Highly professional organisation, from initial contact and follow up questions all the answers were forthcoming prior to our decision to go with Solarhub. The follow up contact pre and post installation was excellent, and the crew who carried out the work arrived on the dot of 0730 on the appointed day. They were so well organised and confident in their work, and the whole process was finished and operational within a day and a half, once the highly competent technician had completed his work. Don't deal with this hard sell company, especially Frank. As a person who has spent over 30years in senior sales positions this person has no clue how to deal with customers. Sent my information and photos via solar choice to get heat pump quotes. Frank calls me on Anzac day of all days to discuss, asking me questions I had already put down in solar choice information. I have been very happy with Solar Hub. Not only did they do a great job with the initial installation, but they were able to expand the system a few years later for a reasonable price. But what really stands out is that they continue to stand by their installation. We were having issues with the solar circuit breaker tripping in the peak of summer.
