Highly professional organisation, from initial contact and follow up questions all the answers were forthcoming prior to our decision to go with Solarhub. The follow up contact pre and post installation was excellent, and the crew who carried out the work arrived on the dot of 0730 on the appointed day. Don't deal with this hard sell company, especially Frank. As a person who has spent over 30years in senior sales positions this person has no clue how to deal with customers. Sent my information and photos via solar choice to get heat pump quotes. Frank calls me on Anzac day of all days to discuss, asking me questions I had already put down in solar choice information. He had no clue, not like the other companies. He was ill prepared and his method is to firstly criticise opposition products rather than promote features and ... read more
I have been very happy with Solar Hub. Not only did they do a great job with the initial installation, but they were able to expand the system a few years later for a reasonable price. But what really stands out is that they continue to stand by their installation. We were having issues with the solar circuit breaker tripping in the peak of summer. Fantastic company to deal with. Sales, admin and especially the installation team - Top job. Glad Solarhub were recommended by a friend. They have since installed solar at 4 other friends. I went with these guys because another company, H**** Solar were hopeless. They wouldn’t do an inspection and turned up and said they could only fit 4 panels when they quoted 10. Said they would give a small discount. No thanks! Chris and the team figured a way to get more than the 10 panels
