We began working with Signature Windows and Doors a few months prior to the Marshall Fire. Signature Windows & Doors is the most professional home improvement team we have ever worked with. They replaced all our windows and 3 large slider doors. The installation crew arrived on time and worked hard every day, always answering any questions, responding to requests, and cleaning up every evening before they left. My installation of the Marvin doors and a window was not good. They never finished the installation leaving wood, articles of clothing and boxes. There was no walk through per the contract because the installation was not finished. I have been looking at cracked and unstained wood, a hole in my deck and the destruction of my blinds. Customer service does not answer me or my texts. The blinds are not reparable, they were put on a dirty garage floor. Marvin Windows & Doors are some of the highest quality windows out there, and if you can get past the logistics of waiting 6 +/- months for your windows (due to supply chain issues which were clearly communicated to us before we placed the order), the on-site Signature installation team will far exceed your expectations.
