Contacted Solargain for a warranty claim as they were the initial installer of my solar system in 2015. Paid $298 to book in a warranty call out to inspect the inverter. Two days prior the tech called to cancel and up sale a new inverter. After agreeing to purchase a new inverter a whole new system of nearly 7k was attempted to be pushed onto me.
