We used Solargain for the installation of a solar battery using the Government schemes. From initial contact with Paul and the rest of the process everyone we interacted with were very helpful - the techs who fitted the system were great, friendly and very knowledgeable. Apart from a minor glitch on scheduling installation which was promptly managed, we received a very professional service. A representative visited us at home to discuss requirements and provide a quotation. Solargain handled all the grant applications. Installation was efficiently carried out and although it took longer than planned, the crew worked until it was completed. Solargain subsequently communicated with us to ensure the system was working well and we had no queries. Happy customers
So pleased we chose Solargain for the 3rd install. Quality system, super clean install, great sales staff, admin team and installers. After reviewing other quotes and researching their systems it was clear we would be up for ongoing issues. This has never been the case with Solargain.
Very poor after care My parents have been waiting 2 months for repairs under warranty and not replied unless they called I would never go with solar gain again I hope they close down for poor performance
