My previous review when I had panel installed was 5 stars but I've been chasing them since July for a quote for the gov battery program & it's now late Sept. I've had 3 promises a quote would be emailed. I've just told them no quote by Friday - I'll use a competitor.

We had system put in a few years ago with batteries so that in an event of a power loss we would still be able run certain areas in the house. Although we had a great experience having the system put in we have had on going issues. The backup system has never worked they have been back a number of times to try n fix it but in the end they have just disconnected it. I had a great experience with Solargain. Lorraine was friendly yet professional and really understood her solar systems, she clearly laid out the different options and we came up with the best solution. The installation team were great and everything was very professional. This is the second house that I have used Solargain on and would highly recommend them.

I am very pleased with the job done by Josh. Arrived early to complete the job timeously. He sorted out the problem and made sure everything was working properly before leaving our house. Thank you Josh and Solargain for the excellent service.
