I wanted to share my very recent experience with a service manager from PV SolarGain. Her name is Jess. Jess listened to my needs and queries and responded in a manner that went above and beyond the normal customer service. Jess checked and advised the best way to resolve my problem re my solarpanels on my roof at home. She also provided additional information with regards to a battery query. Great service from SolarGain in Perth. Very happy with the istore products.
Used Solargain to install a 13kw Solar system. Sales process with Ryan was excellent and he walked us through all the options. Installation led by Blake was fantastic. Again really professional and happy to answer any questions. Only minor thing was the communication between sale and install wasn’t brilliant but all in all Solargain was great and we’ll be using them again when we decide to put in a battery.
Great product that suits my Solar Panels make and great advice, neither underspend nor overspend on Battery Storage capacity. I was getting cheaper offers to replace Battery and Solar, but I trusted Solargain as they have been giving the right factual advice after installing my Solar panels with them.
