Very happy with the system install and customer support.
Good service provided by service technicians. Only downside was how long it took to book the inspection. Also, if Solargain could investigate with Synergy why I now show 6kw (2 x 3kw) inverters with Synergy when 1 is factored down to 2kw to give me 5kw as per WA regulations. I now get no credits from Synergy. If Synergy state that I have 6kw's of Inverter capacity, why can't I generate 6kw. Synergy have received approx $1,000 resale valueof free credits from our system.
