Solar panels not installed as per quote, Installers didn’t arrived as per booked time in the morning (booked time off work and waisted time waiting for people that didn’t turned up) they decided to come in the afternoon while I was at work. Many aspects of my recent Solargain solar upgrade were very positive. The initial enquiry was responded to promptly and we were able after some back and forth to reach an understanding of my needs which were admittedly a little complex. The site inspection was very helpful with excellent listening and advice given. Communication about progress on the installation was good although there was a longish wait involved. Disappointing Experience with Solar System Health Check We recently had our solar system health check done, but unfortunately, our experience was not satisfactory. While the technician was knowledgeable and friendly, we were disappointed with the duration of the service, which felt extremely rushed. I recently had my solar system installed,the second house that I have had Solargain install my system,their sales team,office admin and installers were first rate and a pleasure to deal with,I must mention that when my system was installed their technician discovered a roof tile was cracked that was not related to the installation and replacing it for me was not a problem and as the system was installed they explained to me everything they were doing and at the conclusion explained the ins and outs of the system from Battery... read more
