At the initial discussion, many promises were made - quality of materials, quality of workmanship, and good communication throughout. All these promises were met and all to a high standard. Dean and Dayne who removed the old roof and fitted the new one worked to a very high standard and with attention to detail. SolarFrame have just completed a replacement conservatory, removing the old wooden one with a new UPVC frame topped by a solid roof. Fitters completed the rebuild in less than three days. Plasterers as a team worked on the inside to finish the ceiling and an electrician to install the lights. They were well skilled and efficient. A technician who was highly skilled came in to finish off the conservatory and resolve any issues. I’ve had such a poor experience with this company Had the wrong doors fitted Fitters not turning up A complete mess left after installation, whole house needed redecorating after When ringing never been able to get hold of anyone that could support.
