Excellent customer service from start to finish . I recommend going into store to look at and talk through products . Wonderful communication and updates . Fitting was excellent . Lovely young man , very professional and courteous . Also prompt , efficient and very clean . It's not the cheapest but worth every penny . You get what you pay for . Am very pleased with my new door .

We had replacement windows and patio doors on Monday July 14th to Wednesday July 16th. The service was fantastic from start to finish . Our Co ordinator was Kat who was excellent and always on hand for any enquires the schedule ran exactly to plan starting and finishing when it should.The scaffolding went up just before the job and was taken down the day after the job was completed. I spent many months researching different companies and options for my garden office. Wanting something that i can use all year around but also be aesthetically pleasing, functional and most importantly well built. The building provided is extremely well insulated using SIP panels and the finish is extremely high. Worth every penny. Job 10879
Brilliant service from the whole team at SolarFrame from sales to aftercare. Fitters Mark and Steve did an exellent job and our Co-Ordinator- Kat helped me with any questions. We had a damaged glass panel that was noticed before the install by the fitters, only a small chip, this was put in temporarily whilst a new bit of glass was made. This was replaced and installed in less than 48 hours. Definitely worth the premium.
