My solar meter wasn’t working A SolarFlair technician, Jeff, came to my house and fixed it. He went up to my roof and cleared away some junk that squirrels were, well, squirreling away up there in the panels which were interfering with the energy transmission to the solar meter. Thanks Jeff, and thanks SolarFlair!
8 years later i keep having flooding and water damage because of their poor installation. NO space was left between the panels and gutters while the code says 3 feet. Rain water everywhere!! They are refusing to fix anything. I will have to pay lawyers and take to court. Horrible!! I will Not remove this review until they fix their error. If they reply that it’s dealt with but my review is still here they are lying! I am in Quincy! They are a complete scam!
I would give them zero stars if possible. We had panels installed less than 9 years ago. My wife noted output was dropping in August and they were notified. They came by in November and disconnected the system without informing us as to the reason. Several months later and after repeated questions they finally told us that we had critter damage and would need extensive repairs. We have had a great experience with Solar Flair. We used them for installation with a program run by the Town of Arlington in 2014. They did an excellent job with installation in winter in cold conditions. They were also helpful getting us through historic review. We have had no issues with our solar system up until last month when we had a small leak due to a bracket issue. After calling them, their service team came promptly to fix this issue.
