David was very quick to reply to the first email I had sent. David came out and checked my old system and diagnosed the problems. I ended up getting a new system from Solar Fix and the team was very quick with the install . I am very satisfied with the system and I would recommend them.
Fantastic communication with Charmaine handling the admin side and David the installation expert advising me of a solution and quote when he came to look at my existing solar installation that had pretty much died after 14 years. He gave clear advice on what needed to be done, and I had great communication once the panels / inverter was ready to install. After a disappointing start from another company. I reached out to Dave. From the moment he answered the call to coming for a quote/diagnosis was so professional and very reassuring. Pricing is so reasonable for a small business. Do not hesitate to give them a call.
I suddenly discovered that my solar system was not synching to the grid. I found Solarfix and they were very helpful. Quick response, looked at the system and diagnosed the problem, then arranged a replacement. Service was quick and friendly and the charges were very reasonable. Full marks - a great service.
