There is zero way to get a hold of them. Their chat doesn’t work and their phone number refers you to the chat. This company is a scam and sure they are out of business.
If I could give them zero stars I would. My inverter for my solar went out after only 3 years. They only do diagnostics remotely. They determined it was a hard ware issue. When try to reach someone to speak too no one answers the phone. Everything is done through voice mail. They will only speak to installers. I was charged a $149 install fee from my solar company for a product that had a 25 year year warranty with no install fees if it broke. Liars. What a useless company! Several years after one of their inverters was installed at my house, i got and email asking me to renew subscription to my Solaredge. I responded that I would, but need help to add 5 panels installed in a 2nd phase to the map I the app. I have email3d them 4 times and NEVER received a response. I don't mind paying for the service, just asking how/who the add can be done. Silence! Time to pay someone else.
Pathetic support. No longer support their customers only their installers. Their chat is useless. Avoid
We got stuck with this company when we bought a house and they refuse to call people back. They also refuse to let you set up an account so that you can ensure that your system is putting out the right amount of energy to compare to your energy bill with Xcel in Colorado which is an equally crappy company.
