The worst company in this country, I have almost 3 months since my solar panel are not working, I have been trying to get help and nothing happened when finally I contacted someone they said they will send the inverter to my house to be installed and is not going to take more than 2 weeks , it is almost a month and nothing has shipped yet, I try call every single day and they send you a chat where no one answer also! This is a trash company
Solar Edge promptly responded with promises to fix the problem, but now I've been ghosted. And I don't have a properly working inverter. Cannot log in to SolarEdge app/ or create and account for it on their website. Zero customer service. They’re chat bot on website is no help. Their phone number is no help. No way to get in touch. Their inverters break. Poor business tactics. Of course if they reach out and help me, I would be happy to adjust my review. POOR business structure. Avoid at all costs. I have been waiting since 4/10/2025 for a new inverter. Case number #5639464. I have been given several promising messages, that it will come or that it is on back order ect. No tracking number. My understanding that the processing center (oracle) has issues. I would like options of buying my inverter from a supplier and having SolarEdge install it .
