Update - despite Solar Edge replying to this review and saying email us, I still have to argue the same points over and over again for a REFUND. A big fat ZERO but unfortunately you can’t do that here. Zero customer service and help. I fell into a Kafkaesque rabbit hole just trying to transfer my monitoring system to the new owner of the home we sold. There is no customer service support. When you email them you rcv an email back in a foreign language (written in Arabic). Good grief!

High failure rates, awful customer service, what's to like? Their products are overpriced and under-featured as well. If you are going solar, you would do well to stear clear of SolarEdge equipment. I went through 3 of their inverters in under 2 years and finally swapped it out for another brand with twice the features at half the price.

Solar Edge has failed to send me a replacement backup interface. It has been over a month. They refuse to work with people who aren't installers. They never answered the phone for me, but they usually called me back at some point.

Inverter still working after 5 years, but I had a communication problem getting it connected to our wifi. Unfortunately, our installer went out of business, so I couldn't reach out to them. Solar edge works incredibly hard to make sure homeowners cant get a hold of their technical support. The typical instructions for connecting to wifi kept failing. Luckily, I found a work around, but with a small amount of tech support from the manufacturer it could have been way easier. Pretty dosapointed in solar edge.
