Solar Edge has failed to send me a replacement backup interface. It has been over a month. They refuse to work with people who aren't installers. They never answered the phone for me, but they usually called me back at some point. Update: They got the backup interface delivered in about 2 months. I got upset and left such a negative review because they gave me an infuriating explanation on why it was delayed: An RMA paperwork issue. Update - despite Solar Edge replying to this review and saying email us, I still have to argue the same points over and over again for a REFUND. A big fat ZERO but unfortunately you can’t do that here. Zero customer service and help. I fell into a Kafkaesque rabbit hole just trying to transfer my monitoring system to the new owner of the home we sold. There is no customer service support. When you email them you rcv an email back in a foreign language (written in Arabic). Good grief!

High failure rates, awful customer service, what's to like? Their products are overpriced and under-featured as well. If you are going solar, you would do well to stear clear of SolarEdge equipment. I went through 3 of their inverters in under 2 years and finally swapped it out for another brand with twice the features at half the price.
