I have been waiting since 4/10/2025 for a new inverter. Case number #5639464. I have been given several promising messages, that it will come or that it is on back order ect. No tracking number. My understanding that the processing center (oracle) has issues. I would like options of buying my inverter from a supplier and having SolarEdge install it . They have inverters to provide to installers for new systems but cannot guarantee when an inverter will be shipped to replace the faulty inverter they installed on our property 4 years ago. They continue to say, "we cannot guarantee" when the product is available but it's available all over the internet and on NEW installs. It is unbelievable that I can not get a hold of anyone. Lack of customer support and absolutely no help anywhere. I purchased a home, and I now own the solar panels as I finance them, but I CAN NOT ACTIVATE THEM & NO ONE CAN HELP!
