Their solar inverters constantly fail and are not kept in stock. As a residential homeowner, I own two SolarEdge HD Wave inverters. We have had two failers in 5 years, and given the time taken to get a tech out here to diagnose and given replacement inverters not kept in stock, in can take many months for a very simple repair to be complete. Zero communication, impossible to get updates.
One star. Absolutely unacceptable customer support from SolarEdge. I spent over an hour trying to reach a real human being through their support system. I called three different phone numbers, went through every menu option imaginable, and called back at least half a dozen times. There appears to be no actual way to speak with a live person.
