This is a prime example of a company that makes big promises but fails to deliver when it comes to honoring warranties and standing behind their products. If you're considering purchasing solar, it's best to avoid this company if they are involved.
Started the process months ago but we i decided not to get the system and looked at my account today and they took $227 out of my account and I have no system at all and never signed paperwork saying it was
This company will not support customers only installers. Their automated systems literally say installer support only and then that system hangs up on you. My inverter dead for years was replaced by installer then the installer said new inverter will not activate or pair with panels and the label on the inverter box from Solar Edge doesn’t match the newly installed inverter board hardware that is in the box. The installer (Vital Energy) tech told me to call Solar Edge and then left. When I call Solar Edge they just hang up. ... read more
