This company will not support customers only installers. Their automated systems literally say installer support only and then that system hangs up on you. My inverter dead for years was replaced by installer then the installer said new inverter will not activate or pair with panels and the label on the inverter box from Solar Edge doesn’t match the newly installed inverter board hardware that is in the box. Total garbage. Been waiting since 9/26/2025 for a replacement inverted and of course they are out of stock replacement. Have the common decency to update your customer. I will 100% make sure everyone I know to avoid. Mind you this is a $2 billion company. DO BETTER!
Like the installers (Green Home Systems), they are awful. We have had a panel out for a month, and despite them sending us the replacement part over two weeks ago, we cannot get anyone to replace it. They say they are not responsible for their installers, but they partner with them, and to me, they need to cut those ties and find reliable partnerships or get out of the business of selling products like solar panels. Go with a local company that sells and installs under the same roof!
Apparently, there are no human beings working at SolarEdge, just bots that are not programmed to address real-world issues. They don't respond to emails or phone calls and the online bots just send you into a never-ending loop. Customer service is, quite literally, nonexistent. If there were a minus-10 star, that's the one I'd pick.
