The product performed flawlessly for 3.5 years. Now that it has failed, I have been waiting for two weeks for someone to assist with a warranty claim. Support can only be described as abyssmal.
Keep away if you do not want headaches when trying to claim warranty and get in touch with this company Have solar edge system for 8 years now. 3 inverters. I decided to go with solar edge due to 12 years warranty on inverters (2017). One of the inverters died 3 months ago…..took me a month just to manage to get someone from Solaredge to answer so i can lodge the claim. Avoid. We’ve had a battery now for 5 years and we might, just might, have got 80% reliability from it. It constantly trips, has had to be replaced due to a recall and our installer isn’t getting responses from them when they are asking for advice. Right now it’s been offline for almost 3 weeks despite an active service request. Disappointed.
