Would give zero if I could. They keep spamming my phone even after I tell them I’m not interested. Don’t deal with them. If they can’t remove someone from a call list, they won’t be competent enough to complete a solar installation.

Avoid. We’ve had a battery now for 5 years and we might, just might, have got 80% reliability from it. It constantly trips, has had to be replaced due to a recall and our installer isn’t getting responses from them when they are asking for advice. Right now it’s been offline for almost 3 weeks despite an active service request. Disappointed. Update. Nine months on, still appalling service. After sending me a new inverter (the second new one in 5 x years after they replaced the first) sales manager Ben Cox won't even reply to me about the $900 quote I got to replace the unit they had their installers replace 4 x years ago... Wish I had have pick another brand as replacing the inverter every few years - even if they are free (with the company knowing they are at fault) is sill going to cost you $900 - even after their installer rebate of $198! Crappy gear and crappy service.

Don’t use. The after sales support is nonexistent. We’ve had 2 inverters fail in less than 3 years and the process to obtain replacements is both time consuming and the delays are lengthy.

The product performed flawlessly for 3.5 years. Now that it has failed, I have been waiting for two weeks for someone to assist with a warranty claim. Support can only be described as abyssmal.
