Ugly complex. In decay for the price

Unfortunately this place has not recovered from the hurricane. There is mold, abandoned building, no easy beach access. The rooms need a lot of TLC. The photos must be from before the hurricane. The owner do not care that they have deceived you and make no effort to do right by their guests. The towels are torn and stained. The rooms not properly cleaned. We checked in yesterday. Our room was not clean, the toilet had sticky dirty residue on the seat, there was black mold in the bathroom. The towels were stained and torn, there were no hand towels, dish towels or wash cloths. They were also so small, they wouldn't cover a child. There was wear and tear just about everywhere - walls, curtains, chairs, windowsills. The kitchen sink and toilet were clogged. The filter on the fridge was overdue for changing.
