A 20 min wait turned into a 2 hour wait only to be told they couldn't get me in after waiting 2 hours!! Called next day to see if they were going to make it right nope I was told even after I told them I was going somewhere else. Zero customer service at this salon. Previous visits always would leave me to take care of other customers. Will never be back and do NOT recommend!

Horrible. The owner is rude.
Absolutely love this place I have been coming here for 7 years and never have any complaints. The staff is friendly and know me by name. It definitely is a personal experience when you're not just another client.
