When they did a program change they charged me for tax which Delaware does not have any sales tax. I have been trying for over 4 months to get them to put it back into my account and they simply refuse to do so. I never hear from them about this problem. I think I will talk to my lawyer about breaking the contract because of this and they can have their equipment back. How many others have they done this to?
