Gave them a call. The rep M., she very impolite when dealing with my problem. She said my solar panel was producing according to contract but instead I had to pay True Up through the roof. Told me I need to call my energy provider when instead their solar panel was producing at lower than optimum rate. Told me that there was a 300 $ charge and basically smacking in the face by not treating me like a paying customer. Whoever manages your phone should be as polite as possible. Stop this BS Tesla!
