Thief company, I’d applied to buy the sistem and they qualified me , then they installed and they they was checking my credit until my credit went down then after that they did cancel my contract because my credit wasn’t good enough and they wanted to rent me the sistem after having the contact for buying signed. Do not call them they will steal your money.
All the preliminary dealings went very well until installation day. The information about control boxes location initially given by our rep were not the same as the as actual choices given by the engineer in charge. This was one point we were concerned about as we wanted the boxes to be out of sight as much as possible. We had made this very clear to the rep. Poor Customer Service. I was looking forward to get Tesla/SolarCity panels on my home in Tucson, AZ. I signed all the forms I needed to sign on 9/11. About 2-3 weeks had passed and I called Tesla to figure out what the status of the project was. They told me that they never received the interconnection form. Typically not a big deal but TEP (Tucson Power Company) changed their net metering policy, you know screwing over the customer. Solar city has been bought out by Tesla....not being aware of this recent change, we got a suprise bill all of a suddent for 6 months worth of payments showing as arrears. Weve been current up to this point, showed bank statements on a couple of occasions to prove were not behind and running current. All of a sudden we got a suprise visit from the techs to shut off the solar earlier today due to "delinquent account" ..as of the 28th of august 2018. On hold for 39 minutes for customer service and then the phone went dead. Solar city can answer the phone within 30 seconds when they’re selling you a system, but Customer Service could care less.
