So Solar City is now owned by Tesla, and I didn’t not sign the original agreement for the solar panel installation. I bought the home post installation and I did not read the contract well. BIG mistake. Worst contract I have EVER signed. Billing is nightmare, their online payment portal is barely functional, and they don't return phone calls. I would NEVER recommend seeking out a solar panel installation from Solar City or Tesla EVERRRR
Honestly waiting for Zep parts almost 3 months later I have ordered about 6 other things from other businesses and they still have arrived within a week or so. Tesla back ordered. It's crazy. No replies as to when the parts will arrive from R and R. To me I just feel like Tesla doesn't care especially when you call twice a week and you email twice a week you get no response from anybody and no definite answers I'm calling Raven solar Services next time
