Tesla has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Weeks of inaction, the only contact person you get has ZERO power to get anything done and will not allow access to anyone who does. We are buying a home and they have refused to complete the necessary documentation for WEEKS! Sell your stocks in Tesla everyone - this is a business model that is doomed to fail miserably.
In the process of negotiating a legal agreement they want me to sign not to sue after promising 85% production and delivering only 20. Offering me $500 cash to settle at this point. Get everything in writing up front and have it reviewed by a lawyer at the start instead in the middle like me, once their stuff is bolted to your roof for 20 years. Better yet, find another company.
Made appt. for a quote. No call no show. The person that referred us called to investigate. They were told that we would be called promptly. 6 days after original appt., still no phone call...
Solar panels haven't worked for months bill came out to $200 dollars its bullshit they lied since the beginning dont trust them they are forced to install smoke alarms and you can't even fart in the comfort of your home without alarm going off like really solar panels dont work but smoke alarms solar city installs does what kind of a solar company are they....bad service
