When I raised a major issue with the director, it was resolved within two hours, and a new date was set to install it. The inverter initially installed was too small, but he quickly upgraded it to a larger one at no additional cost. Thank you.
We have had a Sungrow battery for a few months now, installed by 1KOMMA5. We are very happy with our progress to date.
