The company kept me informed throughout the entire process. They turned up as promised and am very happy with the installation process. Left the place all neat and did more than what I expected. Good idea to deliver more than promised. Fully recommend this company.
We had a bit of a hiccup when the battery was installed with another part required to be sourced and installed which took a couple of weeks. But with the excellent customer service I received from Kieran with numerous emails he managed to sort it out without too many problems I have no problems with recommending 1Komma5 which I already have done
I had an existing solar system but had a different installer install battery and additional panels. Hence I was looking into the new app. Unknowingly, there was an error that showed up on my old system app. I liaised with 1KOMMA5 and found out the error was occurred when the battery was put in. I am really thankful to Paul for his patience and help in answering my questions which helped me determine the issue was introduced on the day of the battery install.
