The first two months after installation the battery did not work once. Still paying price for the grid power. After many phone calls and trying to get into contact with the company they came out to fix the issue. Now resulting in constant need to reset the battery as it switches off and stops working every second day. Not impressed
Very professionakl Sales team and After Care team (Michael) was very diligent in following up on reported problem. Also want to thank Josh from Begbie Electrical who satisfactorily resolved problem from time of initial installation, with inverter. All contacts from the various areas associated with the supply and installatrion have been very satisfactory. Thankyou
One of the worst companies I’ve dealt with . Happy to take your money to buy solar panels and battery . When there was an issue not one person responded to my calls . I had to call Tesla directly who were great I would never recommend anyone to this company
