Made down payment for a Generac Generator. I was told to be installed within 6 months. After repeated follow up calls , texts and emails as to the installation, and no response, I had to finally get Visa company to help pursue the return of down payment. We lost confidence we would ever receive our generator. No professionalism at all.
Hired them to drill a hole through the brick on my house to run a cable. This is the end result. Damaged property, no compensation, and no solution to fix my home. Do not use them.
