Excellent service, great product knowledge and prompt delivery (overnight from Brisbane to Regional NSW !)
After receiving very professional advice and service from Christian, I had a "SAV 2O" installed. I looked at other similar products but I found Solar Ark to be a far superior product Even though the Solar Ark device was double the price of the previous two Whirlybirds (including installation), the overall effect for comfort is considerably noticeable not to mention cost-effective. Now hot air and condensation dissipate much quicker and more efficiently. I am happy with my purchase and highly recommend SolarArk

Brought a solar roof vent off solar ark Sav60T . Very noisy on start up and shut down. Faulty thermostat so relay buzzing for 10min morning and afternoon. Spoke to SolarArk and emailed them regarding the issue, no response just ignored email. Bad customer service.
